Those are the only words that I can mumble right now! Today was my first day taking an Aerobics class - well actually it’s not an aerobics class it’s called muscles and more and you use weights, a resistance band and a step aerobics platform.
“Oh my gosh”
The class is 60 minutes long & at the end you do some SERIOUS ab work! By the time 60 minutes was up I felt like jello! My legs and arms & stomach were so weak and shaky and jittery feeling!
At one point in time during the class I didn’t think I was going to be able to get up off the floor because my arms and legs were so weak & sore that it took all I had to muster up the energy to get my buns up off the floor…..LOL! I can only imagine what kind of sight that had to of been
I know it will get easier and easier but holy jumping toledo do I hurt!!!! Working out at Curves is NOTHING compared to this class!!!! I really enjoyed it even though it was total torture
I can only begin to imagine what I’m going to feel like tomorrow…..LOL!
