Menu Plan Monday
First off I have to say I can’t believe I’m participating in this! I mean HELLO I’m not a cooker! In fact just the other day I ruined a hotdog! Yes you read that correctly. How on earth can anyone mess up a hotdog? Well let me tell you…it certainly doesn’t require 5 minutes in the microwave. The outcome is anything but pretty and certainly not edible. Yeah let’s just leave it at that. Well no, I’ve got to try and redeem myself here…it had been YEARS since I cooked a hotdog in the microwave and because it had been so long I just thought 5 minutes was a good amount of time. If only I had a digital camera! It was the funniest looking thing, I’m not even sure it still resembled a hotdog 
Anyways…here is my menu for the week!
Monday: Polish Kielbasa & Sauerkraut (cooking in Crockpot) with cottage cheese and corn
Tuesday: Hamburgers with mixed vegetables and baked beans
Wednesday: Pork chops, baked potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Left overs
Friday: Salad (Caleb goes to his dad’s house so I won’t need to cook dinner)

ROFL! Tishia, Tishia, Tishia! We go to the opposite end of the spectrum in our house. My son doesn’t like anything too hot; so it’s more like 20 secs here.

I’ve ruined hot dogs plenty of times -lol- My 7 year old would much rather prepare his own hot dog than let mommy anywhere near it!!
