Diana’s book, Cravings Secrets, is centered around these five tips she shared and how our cravings tie into those.
A lot of us have dieted at some point in our life and that can actually result in our low blood sugar. From Diana’s point of view what works is getting enough protein. When she was vegetarian she wasn’t getting enough protein and was constantly craving sugar or carbs.
I have not gotten a copy of Diana’s Cravings Secrets book but I’ve heard and read wonderful reviews about it. I will be heading on over there to get my hands on a copy especially after just listening to her talk about all this stuff. For once it makes sense.
