Weigh In #3

When I do next week’s weigh in I am going to take my measurements because I can tell that I’ve lost inches also in the way my clothes are fitting too.
For weigh in #3 I was bummed to see a smaller loss but I certainly can’t complain for the amount of weight lost in 3 weeks. Today’s weigh in put me at a grand total of 15.8 pounds lost. That makes me a pretty happy camper.
I’m starting to increase my exercise intensity level and I’ve added some weights to the mix so hopefully that will all help keep the momentum going!

Congratulations! I should follow your lead. I keep making up excuses to not exercise - no time between the kids, house, husband, work; too tired; not enough room; sick; etc. I really need to though. . .
