It’s 1am Friday morning. I’m wide awake and after reading a recent post on a mastermind forum I’m a part of (yes, we talk about things that are ‘off topic’ from business too) about meal planning I decided to give it a try again so I figured I might as well plan out next week’s menu since I’m wide awake!
My Weekly Menu
Monday – Cheesy Meatball Subs with cottage cheese as a side dish
Tuesday – Tuna Melts with fruit as side dish
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Chicken Alfredo-Pesto Pasta with cottage cheese as side dish
Friday – Leftovers
Saturday – Pulled Pork Sandwiches with cooked vegetables as side dish
Sunday – Leftovers
Now that my son lives with his dad and step mom and there’s just me to “cook” (I say cook in quotes because…well let’s just say I don’t know the first thing abut cooking! lol) for I think 2-3 meals a week can get me through because of all the leftovers!
So, my menu is all planned out for 5/7 – 5/13. Now I just have to wait to publish this until Monday (gotta love being able to pre-schedule things for publishing!)
